This page, developed in collaboration with the FDA, is meant to present a visualization technique for searching and viewing NCI caDSR content, and specifically the use of BRIDG as a high level conceptual model to support mapping and interoperability across different data models.

Using the Common Data Model Harmonization (CDMH) project deliverables, it demonstrates how the same data element can be “connected” to common BRIDG semantics, providing a way to find and view similar CDEs to determine which element to use or how to map or transform data between similar CDEs.

The visualization is created from a download of caDSR metadata for BRIDG, OMOP, PCORNet, Sentinal, I2B2, FHIR (limited), and CDISC. Any browser for searching and viewing mappings to BRIDG and other caDSR metadata for a future production system is yet to be designed.
